How Do I Open An Account?
Simply fill in our online application and upload a copy of valid ID, photo and a supporting document. Next, make a deposit. After your account is confirmed, your user id and password will be emailed. More instructions on how to open an online account can be found here

Yes! You can open a corporate account by submitting the necessary documentations and a power of attorney letter from the said corporation authorizing you or other appointed people to act on behalf of and represent the company.

How Long Does It Take To Open An Account?
After an application to open an account is received, we need to verify the data submitted. If the application is complete and all the required data has been provided, we aim to finish the verification process within two hours. After the verification, you can make your deposit and start trading

When Opening An Account, What Other Form of Identification is Accepted Apart From ID Card?

If I Opened An Account After 6pm, Can I Still Trade On The Same Day?
As long as the account can be verified and confirmed by our Wakil Pialang and money is confirmed to be in our segregated accounts, then you can still trade on the same day

I Opened An Account, Then I Decided To Close My Account After 1 Week, Are There Any Charges?
There are no charges at all. You can close your account anytime you like

When Opening A New Account, Always Told That Demo Account Is Not Registered

P/L = (Sell Price – Buy Price) x Contract Size x Lots
For USDJPY/USDCHF/USDCAD:
P/L = ((Sell Price – Buy Price) x Contract Size x Lots) / Liquidation Price

How to Calculate Interest/Swaps on Open Positions?
For EURUSD/GBPUSD/AUDUSD/NZDUSD/XAUUSD/SILVID:
Daily interest/swaps = (Contract Size x Lots x Interest Rate % x Interest Day x Close Price) / 360
For USDJPY/USDCHF/USDCAD:
Daily interest/swaps = (Contract Size x Lots x Interest Rate % x Interest Day) / 360
For AUDJPY/EURJPY/GBPJPY/EURGBP:
Daily interest/swaps = (Contract Size x Lots x Interest Rate % x Interest Day x Close Price of Base Currency) / 360
For CHFJPY:
Daily interest swaps = (Contract Size x Lots x Interest Rate % x Interest Day ) / (360 x Close Price of USDCHF)
Interest Day for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday = 1
and Interest Day for Wednesday = 3
Base Currency is the first currency appearing in a currency pair quotation

How Much Is Agrodana’s Rollover Fee?
Rollover Fee is only applicable to CFD Stock Indices (Asian and US indices) and other CFD Products such as CFD Crude Oil & CFD Silver. The rollover fee is set at Rp 250.000 per lot (for regular account) and USD 2 per 0.1 lot (for mini account).

How Do You Calculate Rollover Adjustments?
Calculation for rollover adjustments will look at current open positions held by clients at the end of rollover day.
For BUY positions = (Close price of OLD contract – Close price of NEW contract) x Contract Size x Number of lots
For SELL positions = (Close price of NEW contract – Close price of OLD contract) x Contract Size X Number of lots

Do You Accept Payments From 3rd Party For Deposits?
No! We will only accept deposit into a trading account if the money comes from a bank account which is under the same name as the account holder. Any 3rd party payment will be returned.

How Do I Make A Withdrawal?
Agrodana support online withdrawal process. Simply click on “Withdrawal” menu on our website or in Agrodana News App, fill in the required data and click submit. Our team will then check and verify and confirm with you again

No! Withdrawal made will be transferred into the account holder’s bank account

Withdrawal request can only be made during working days and not over the weekend

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Money When Making A Withdrawal?
If withdrawal request is submitted before 11.00am and the clients’ bank is the same as our segregated accounts, then money would be received on the same day. However if withdrawal request is submitted after 11.00am, it would be processed on the next working day

Can I Trade From My Android/iOS Devices?
Yes you can. First you need to download the Metatrader4 App from Apple’s app store or Google’s playstore.

How Do I Install MT4 On Android/iOS Devices?
Go to the Appstore/Playstore. Then search for Metatrader4 and install the app.
Open the app and choose “login to an existing account” if you have an account number or choose “open a personal demo account” if you do not have an account already and want to test the demo.
Then type in “Agrodana Futures” in the search column.
You would then be presented with two servers: Agrodana Live and Agrodana Demo.
Choose the appropriate one and you are good to go

Maximum trade per click is 50 lots for regular account and 8 lot for mini account

How To Open Demo Account On MT4?
You can open demo accounts to practice before going live. Demo accounts can be created for MT4 on PC, Laptop, Android, iPad and iPhone.

How Do I Change My MT4 Password on PC?
Go to “Tools” > “Options” > “Server” > “Change”
Input your current master password first, then choose whether you want to change the master password or investor password. Lastly, type in your new password twice and click “OK”
Please note that password must be combination of alphabets and numbers

How Do I Change My MT4 Password From Android?
Open MT4 app on your Android devices.
Open the menu ( ≡ ) and tap on your displayed account number at the top.
On the next screen, tap on the three dots at top right and choose change password.
On the next screen, tap on the “Change Master Password” to choose which password to change. You will be presented with 2 options whether to change your Master Password or to change your Investor Password.
Choose the “Change Master Password” if you want to change your current password or choose the “Change Investor Password” if you want to change or create Investor Password for your trading account.
After you fill out the details, just tap “NEXT” to finish the process.
Please remember that to be able to change any password, you will need the current master password.

What Kind Of Charting System Is Available In MT4?
Charting system in MT4 is very advanced but user-friendly. Clients can check unlimited amount of charts ranging starting from 1Minute chart to Yearly chart. On top of that there is wide range of technical indicators available. It’s a drag-and-drop system.

What Type Of Orders Are Available?
You can execute trade directly at market price or you can place limit orders and stop orders

Where Can I Find My Statement?
Inside MT4, go to “Terminal” section at the bottom. Then choose “Account History” tab. Right-click on any order and choose “Save As Report”.
If you need to choose a certain time frame then first choose “Custom Period” and set the dates. Then choose “Save As Report”

I Cannot Connect To My Account. What To Do?
If you are having problem connecting to your account, please check the “Connection Status Bar” at the bottom right of MT4 (shown in the picture below). You should see green and red color bars.
If you see “Invalid Account” status => wrong username or password. Please check your login details again.
If you see “No Connection” status => you are not connected to internet. Please connect to internet first.
If you see “Common Error” status => your internet connection is too slow. Please check your internet connection and restart MT4.
If you still cannot connect to your account then please contact our office.

Some Symbols Are Missing. What To Do?
For PC or Laptop users simply right-click anywhere inside “Marketwatch” column, a menu would show up. Choose “Show All” if you would like to show all the symbols or choose “Symbols” if you would like to show only a select few.

Some Symbols Are Not Needed. How To Remove Them?
For PC or Laptop users, there are two ways to do it. First, right-click on the symbol that is not needed inside “Marketwatch” column, then choose “Hide”. Another way to do this is by right-clicking inside “Marketwatch” column and choose “Symbols”. You then choose which symbols to show and which symbols to hide by double-clicking on the $ icon
